We accept all returns within 30 days of delivery date. We may accept returns beyond this time frame but is entirely at our discretion.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We will not issue a refund on cost of shipping goods out, unless the return/cancellation is due to our error.
To request a return, please contact us at email@example.com with "Return Request" as the subject line. If you could include your order number and the email address used to the place the order that would be a great help. If the return request is due to damaged or unfit stock, please include any photographs as necessary.
We reserve the right to reject return requests after 30 days since delivery date has passed.
Please note, if you have upgraded to any express shipping options, the difference in cost of shipping will not be refund - unless the return is due to our error.
