Returns Information

We accept all returns within 14 days of delivery date.  We may accept returns up to 45 days after delivery date, but we may impose a restocking charge of up to 50% of goods value.  The restocking charge will increase depending on how much time has passed since delivery was made, starting at 10% for 14-21 days from delivery.

The buyer is responsible for return shipping.  We will not issue a refund on cost of shipping goods out, unless the return/cancellation is due to our error.

To request a return, please contact us at with "Return Request" as the subject line.  If you could include your order number and the email address used to the place the order that would be a great help. If the return request is due to damaged or unfit stock, please include any photographs as necessary.

We reserve the right to reject return requests after 14 days since delivery date has passed.

Please note, if you have upgraded to any express shipping options, the difference in cost of shipping will not be refund.


We can accept cancellations for a full refund up until the dispatch notification.  After you have received a dispatch notification from either ourselves, or the delivery carrier, we are unable to cancel your order.  This does not affect your right to return, you are still eligible to return all items within 14 days of delivery date.
